These Disclaimers apply to the website at sherwoodsoftware.ai (the "Site"), operated by Sherwood Software Solutions LLC ("Sherwood").
1. Demonstrations: what is simulated and what is real
The Site includes a Demonstration Center with interactive demonstrations, including demonstrations embedded in the Site's own pages and demonstration experiences served from Sherwood-branded subdomains such as platform.sherwoodsoftware.ai.
The businesses and data are fictional. The businesses, people, prices, availability, records, statistics, and other details shown in demonstrations are fictional sample data unless expressly identified otherwise.
Demonstration outcomes are simulated. Appointments, bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and other business actions depicted inside a demonstration are simulations. They do not create a real appointment, order, quote, or business relationship with Sherwood or any depicted business, and they do not cause the depicted fictional business action to occur outside the demonstration.
The demonstration systems themselves are live software. Conversations with demonstration assistants are live AI interactions running on real demonstration infrastructure, and some demonstration experiences may display a demonstration telephone number you can choose to call or text. If you use such a feature, the call or text is a real interaction between you and the demonstration system, and the system may respond to you. The interaction itself is real, but the business scenario and outcomes presented by the demonstration remain simulated. A demonstration interaction does not by itself create a real booking, purchase, quote, or commitment with Sherwood or a depicted business. How interaction information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
The consultation workflow is real. The consultation flow on the Site, whether through the consultation form or the Site's AI voice assistant, is not a simulation. Scheduling a consultation creates a genuine consultation appointment with Sherwood, including a calendar event and meeting link, and is recorded in our internal business systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Demonstrations illustrate classes of systems Sherwood can engineer. The systems Sherwood builds for a client are scoped and engineered for that client and will differ from any demonstration.
2. AI systems
Sherwood builds systems that use artificial intelligence. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected output. Demonstrations of AI capability are provided for evaluation and should not be relied on for accuracy. Descriptions of AI capability on the Site are general descriptions of technology Sherwood works with, not guarantees that a specific output, accuracy level, or business result will be achieved for any particular business.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site and demonstrations are provided for informational and evaluation purposes. Sherwood does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice through the Site or its demonstrations. Sherwood's consultations concern software, AI systems, automation, and related business technology services.
4. Health and wellness boundaries
Sherwood is a software engineering company. Sherwood does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sherwood's demonstrations are not clinical tools and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or other medical use. Sherwood's public website forms and demonstration experiences are not intended for submitting patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive health information, and visitors should not enter or communicate such information through them. Sherwood does not represent that the Site or its demonstration environments are designed for the handling of protected health information. Suitability of any system for regulated healthcare use is a matter of separate, specific engagement scoping.
5. No certifications implied
References on the Site to engineering practices, security, or quality describe how we approach our work. They are not representations that Sherwood holds specific certifications, attestations, or regulatory compliance statuses, and none should be inferred.
6. Results vary
Any examples, scenarios, or outcome descriptions on the Site illustrate what engineered systems can do in general. Actual results depend on each business's circumstances, data, adoption, and market, and are not guaranteed.
7. Third-party services
The Site and certain demonstration environments rely on third-party platforms and services. Sherwood may configure or integrate those services but does not control the underlying third-party platforms, their availability, or their independent operation. Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
