Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations currently work for Sherwood Software Solutions LLC ("Sherwood") in connection with the website at sherwoodsoftware.ai (the "Site").

1. No website purchases

The Site does not sell products or services online, does not process payments, and does not create online purchase transactions. Because nothing is purchased through the Site, there are no website purchases to refund.

2. Consultations

Consultations are currently offered without charge and do not obligate you to purchase services from Sherwood. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, reply to your calendar invitation or email john@sherwoodsoftware.ai.

3. Paid engagements

Sherwood's services are separately scoped and contracted. For any paid engagement, the applicable client agreement, proposal, order form, statement of work, or equivalent engagement document governs all commercial terms, including fees, payment schedules, cancellation, termination, and any refund terms. This page does not create refund rights or obligations for engagements; the engagement document controls.
