Consultation & discovery

A focused conversation about the operation you are trying to run: the work itself, where it breaks today, the systems already in place, and what you would call a good outcome. Nothing is assumed; everything is mapped.

Design & build

We design the system around your actual work, not a template, then build it against the scope we agreed. Each piece does what it was designed to do, and you see it take shape as we go.

Delivery, support & maintenance

We deliver it working and stay responsible for keeping it reliable. You own your website, content and business assets; Sherwood provides the maintenance, fixes and support in your agreement.

Who we are

An engineering house, built to last.

Sherwood Software Solutions is a generalist AI and software company. It designs and delivers intelligent systems for businesses: systems meant to be owned and relied on, not rented and forgotten.

The company is founded and led by its principal engineer-operator and based in Westlake Village, California. Intelligence is engineered into a system where it earns its place, and the measure of a build is what it does on the hundredth day of real use: quietly, reliably, without supervision.
